Genoise disaster

I under beat or (I think) overbeat the eggs.  Also, maybe should have sifted the flour in instead of just dumping.  

Instead of fluffy genoise cake layers, I'm pretty sure I just made a weird cake- Dutch baby hybrid.  Back to the kitchen!
